What we hold

Owner names and addresses taken from HM Land Registry; the contact details and information about your property that you give us; and notes and recordings of calls, kept for our records.

Why we use it

We rely on our legitimate interest in contacting owners of land that may have potential for new homes. Once terms are agreed, we use your information to perform our agreement with you.

How long we keep it

Twelve months for owners who do not respond to us; for the life of the enquiry or deal for live enquiries; and six years after completion for completed deals.

Who we share it with

Our planning consultants, architects and solicitors where needed to assess or progress your site, and the providers who host our website, email and booking calendar. We do not sell your information.

Calls

If a call is being recorded, we will tell you at the start of the call.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, object to how we use it, or ask to be removed from our mailing list. One email to info@morningsideland.com is enough. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
